A full day of intimate and intensive learning at the SUGARHILL studio in Longmont, CO on JULY 10th, 2021!

This is a full day of learning with LyndseyLew where attendees will be observing a full posing workflow start to finish. The class will be focused on learning with studio lighting, and working with angles along with the best safe-baby posing.

We will start with parent prep, set-up, prop and color coordination and selection, studio lighting including camera settings to get desired white-balance and great images straight out of the camera. We will go over detailed posing techniques for safe and beautiful posing for the 4 basic poses, flow between poses, composite images, and shooting angles and answering all the questions along the way!

We will even cover my favorite wrapping techniques and fussy baby tricks. The goal is to have 2 babies to work with.

Attendees will have the opportunity to take images from each setup and get immediate feedback.

This class will also cover post-processing, composite editing, some pricing discussion, and overall Newborn Photography business discussion.

The cost of $895 includes

-a full day workshop/class from 9am - 5pm

Attendees MUST

-own a professional camera and be comfortable with shooting in manual mode and an understanding of aperture, ISO, and shutter settings

-bring a lens suitable for the studio. this would be a 35mm or 50mm. a 24-70mm is fine too

A workshop retainer of $300 is required to hold your spot. This retainer is non-refundable and non-transferrable. The remaining balance is due no later than 5 days before your workshop date.

Lyndsey specializes in newborns, babies, and custom family portraiture and is located in Northern Colorado. Not only do she have 4 boys of her own but she has been perfecting her craft for over 12 years! She is trained in newborn safety, technical posing and a master at all things photography. Lyndsey is a teacher a heart. Starting out as a high school math teacher and also coaching multiple high school athletic teams along with being a CrossFit coach currently, she has carried her love of teaching and coaching into her love of photographing. She has been privately mentoring other photographers for 4 years but she would say that she is just a big cheerleader. Coaching and encouraging are her favorite things and it's been a natural transition from athletic teams to other newborn photographers!
